In May of 2006 we launched our mobile medical clinics in Africa. Since that time short-term medical teams have treated well over 5,000 children. With 2 more medical teams scheduled in 2007, we will treat our 10,000th patient this year! In addition to the medical teams we are providing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of pharmaceutical and hospital supplies. A forty foot container of hospital equipment will be distributed between 2 United Methodist Hospitals later this year. |
